Import panelists
As a beta tester, you can try out new features before they are released and provide valuable feedback to help us improve and refine the feature. Import panelists is one of them.

Step 1
If you already have existing panelists gathering in a different system or file, Preely lets you import these via csv.
Start by navigating to your panelist list and click the three dots at the top right. From here, you click import and upload your .csv or .txt file.
👉 Please choose a file according to the following requirements:
- Existing panelists will not be imported;
- Email field is the only required;
- Panel questions must be created before the import;
- Better to use comma or semicolon separated CSV file;
- For panel questions with survey answer types, make sure the values in you file exactly matches the options in the panel question.
Once you have uploaded your file, you will be able to link the data to your priorly created panel questions. Make sure to first create all panel questions that are included in the file, otherwise you will not be able to link these together and store the data in your Preely panel.
