Persona scoring

In Preely you can calculate persona scores by assigning numerical values to responses in Panel questions. By aggregating these values, Preely generates a persona score that helps you identify and segment your audience.

Assign numerical values

In Preely, you can assign numerical values to responses in a Panel question, allowing for the calculation of a Persona score based on those answers. This process is referred to as persona scoring.

Create segments

You can create segments based on the Persona score, allowing you to filter and identify specific score ranges.

Segments can be dynamically created using a Persona Score. To activate, toggle the Persona Score to “active.”

Users will then be automatically assigned to the segment based on their persona score calculation.

Use Persona score filter

If you have created a dynamic Persona score segment.

Important!

The score calculation is only performed for users who have answered all the panel questions where Persona Score is activated.

Example: If 10 Panel Questions have been created where the Persona Score is enabled, then ALL questions must be answered by a user before we can perform the calculation.

Each Panel Question answer option must include a number. We use the numbers from the different answers to calculate the Persona Score. The Persona Score indicates which segment (referred to as the Persona Score) users should be placed in.
