Lisa Reeves


Lisa is a Strategic Development Manager at Adobe with a focus on design, currently supporting creative teams across the UK, Nordics, Middle East & Africa – exploring the most efficient creative workflows, design-best practice and agile delivery. She’s has been part of creative operations spanning her own experiences at both HSBC and Barclays where she was a Design Principal herself, as well as previously working in other verticals such as e-commerce and fashion, both in-house and agency-side. Lisa is a keen advocate for inclusive design, and by proxy – anything that supports good user testing habits in design teams.

Tina Øvad


Tina Øvad will take you through this Master Class. Tina has extensive experience in usability, UX, and test design. In addition to being our CXO, she is External Lecturer at Aarhus University within UX, usability, and human factors.

Tina has worked with UX strategy and -processes, product management, and agile transformation in various organizations like Radiometer, Nykredit, and Bang & Olufsen. She has taught and supervised within UX, agile UX, etc. at the IT University of Copenhagen and Aalborg University. Tina has a background in Engineering Psychology and holds a PhD in Information Systems with a focus on agile UX.
