Each "box" you purchase unlocks possibility to recruit more panelists to your panel. So, for instance, if you have bought access to 250 panelists, you can still allow more users to sign up for your panel, and you will receive a notification once they are ready.

With an enterprise account, you qualify for a discount on purchasing additional panelists. In addition, you can add extra support or SLA if needed. With an enterprise account, you can manage seats connected to your account.

All users within the Enterprise account will have access to the same custom test panel. With an Enterprise account, you can manage license assignments for seats to connect to your account.

1.Is the 14 days free trial really free?

Yes. We offer a 14 days free trial to our new customers. No credit card required. Cancel anytime.

2.Can I upgrade?

Yes. You can upgrade at any time.

3.Can I subscribe on a monthly basis?

Yes, you can choose between monthly or annual subscription. This affects when and how often payment is due. With a monthly subscription you pay in advance on a monthly basis. With an annual subscription you pay in advance on a yearly basis.

4.Can I cancel any time?

Yes, you can cancel at any time. Your cancellation will take effect immediately, and you will not be charged again. In addition, you will have access to your account for the rest of the period you have paid for.

5.How many panelists can I recruit?

You can recruit as many as you want to. To unlock access to more panelists, you need to buy extra.

6.Can I buy extra panelists?

Yes. You can always buy more panelists. Every "box" you buy unlocks extra panelists. The more boxes you buy, the more you save. For example, if you have purchased access to have 250 panelists, we do not exclude users from signing up for your panel. You will simply receive a message that they are ready.

7.Can I remove extra panelists?

Yes. You can always downgrade if you don't need the extra boxes you pay for.

8.Payment for upgrade

When upgrading, you simply pay the extra amount to which you upgrade. Are you upgrading e.g. in the middle of a month you will pay the difference between the plan you are on and the new plan. The following month you then pay for the new plan. The same applies when you downgrade

9.What is a responses?

A response is the same as a completed test/survey from a participant. It could be the participant from your panel or an anonymous participant who has completed a test/survey via the test link. One response equals one participant, eg. 1500 responses equals 1500 participants completing a test.

10.What if I need more responses?

11.What do you mean with 3 member seat?

Each seat represents a member of your team. Every member needs a seat. This means that you can invite up to 3 colleagues to join and work simultaneously. Simply invite them under your account settings.

12.Where is all user data processed and stored?

All personal data are stored and processed with Hetzner Online GmbH, Germany. Hetzner is a German based and owned company. Furthermore, we use MailJet, France, for sending e-mails with invitations to participants.
