Yes. Data security, privacy, GDPR and governance are handled appropriately, so you can focus on what matters to you. If you need company specific IT security assessment, we recommend an Enterprise account, where this can be part of the account.

In Preely you can work with ‘Forms’ and use them to simulate the real experience. Clicking a Form field opens the keyboard on the participant’s smartphone, so they have the opportunity of typing in real input. We give you the option of validating the typed-in input and show an error message if the input is not what you asked for.

Each seat represents a member of your team. Every member needs a seat. This means that you can invite up to 3 colleagues to join and work simultaneously. Simply invite them under your account settings.
Yes, you can choose between monthly or annual subscription. This affects when and how often payment is due. With a monthly subscription you pay in advance on a monthly basis. With an annual subscription you pay in advance on a yearly basis.
You can recruit as many as you want to. To unlock access to more contacts, you need to buy more boxes of users.

Yes. You can always downgrade if you don't need the extra boxes you pay for.
Yes, you can cancel at any time. Your cancellation will take effect immediately, and you will not be charged again. In addition, you will have access to your account for the rest of the period you have paid for.
When upgrading, you simply pay the extra amount to which you upgrade. Are you upgrading e.g. in the middle of a month you will pay the difference between the plan you are on and the new plan. The following month you then pay for the new plan. The same applies when you downgrade
