Accepting invitations to participate

When you accept an invitation to register as a Test participant in a user panel on the Preely Platform, you will be prompted for your name and email address. On behalf of the user panel owner, we will then create an intern profile with protected access. Your data will be stored in Preely’s platform on a secure cloud server within EU, until you delete your profile or the profiles is deleted due to inactivity.

Receiving invitations to participate in tests

Preely uses the company Mailjet to allow companies and organizations, setting up test panels on our platform, to send invitations to participate in tests. The test panel owners use e-mail addresses and first names for sending these invitations. Data is stored in Preely’s platform on a secure cloud server within EU.

Data controller and data processor

All throughout your participation in tests, the company or organization that owns the specific user panel and who originally invited you to participate will act as a data controller, while Preely is the data processor.

Should you have any questions regarding your participation or the storage and deletion of your data, we kindly ask you to contact the company or organization owning the user panel to which you have been invited.

Leave the user panel

Should you change your mind, you can always leave the user panel. To leave the panel, simply click “Unsubscribe from this panel” in the invitation email or use the “Leave panel” link in the sign-up email.

When you unsubscribe, your personal data is removed  automatically, and will no longer appear as part of test results nor in the user panel.
